14 on the County Fair Ferris Wheel. I knew the man conducting the ride, I told him off to the side prior to me bringing the girl which I was in love over to ride it in the final minutes that I wanted him to pause our seat extra long when we were at the highest spot on our last rotation. I had been explaining all of the years I have had affection for the girl I was ridding with, so when we got up top, I scooted extra close, hugged her, she nuzzled close then I gently planted a lip shot!
