I have small shoulders and a sickly narrow frame that I hate. So instead of eating one dinner per day, I ate twice that amount, I've also been eating lots of pasta too and doing 250+ pressups per day as well as 50+ sit ups and instead of 105 pounds I've dropped to 100! How the heck does that work! I'm upset now.
It doesn't help you lose weight, but it helps you los efat and replace it with muscle, which makes you appear to be thin.
