If it is super fresh and clean, raw...
If it has been to a store and passed through someones hands, just char the outside, bacteria dont get inside.
Burger can get bacteria inside it so best if cooked all the way through.Like (1)

well if it has a baby leg attached to it, i say don't touch because we rarely see that

All you need to do is flash fry each side for a few moments, just the outside needs to be quickly heated and there ya go! You can eat steaks raw even, its ground up meat that is full of bacteria.

i hope very. i like my steak to moo when i stick a fork in it. i've never had a problem.
