Make him feel that you like him. Guys actually are too afraid to assume. They just act macho all the time.

When you see him and your eyes meet, look into his eyes and give him a genuine smile and a cheerful hello. If he touches your arm or shoulder, put your hand on his.
Don't play hard to get or ignore him. It's usually just as hard and scary for the guy to show attraction as it is for us girls.
