How soon before Israel nukes Iran?

Attacking someone and nuking them is very different...I don't think they will.

I seriously doubt that Israel would attack Iran without provocation and/or serious evidence that Iran's nuclear program has indeed produced a nuclear device. To suggest that Israel would blithely undertake such an attack is almost as irresponsible as the act itself would be.

The last time Israel took such action was in 1981, against Iraq's nuclear reactor, still under construction at the time and not containing any fissionable materials ... and it was attacked and destroyed with conventional weapons.

Know this and depend on it: nuclear weapons have remained unused since 9 August, 1945 and the attack on Nagasaki. I posit that they have remained unused because to use any form of nuclear weapon is to invite retaliation with a nuclear weapon, an action with the most dire consequences not just for the aggressive parties, but for our planet as a whole.

Never. It won't happen....and if it occurs, it'll be by accident or some third party's mistake and error of judgement.

I tend to agree with Troubleshooter and everton13 but admit a part of me wants MOooo to be right - it's a world so full of hate based on "Love of God" the human infection ought to be purged like the dinosaurs before us, to make way for a truly advanced species, terrestrial or not!
