How to control anxiety disorder / panic attacks?

Its getting worse, I hate the was my mind races about the simplest things. Im having attacks every day and afterwards it either leaves me with a headache or dizzy for hours.

    You need to exercise, if that doesn't help im afraid you might have to try the ssri's. All that relaxation bollocks doesn't help one bit.

    if you have access, medication has done a lot for me, but i say this with GREAT CAUTION. once you go that route, you tend to become dependent on it, and your dosages tend to increase over time.

    If you qualify MMJ cured my anxiety and panic. I toke and wooosh all gone, smiles and peace.

    It sounds disabling, time to see your doctor. Just take the medication as a `crutch` until you sort out the root causes.

    Consider anti-anxiety medication a last resort. You'll become dependent on them and your anxiety will be worse when you try to get off of them. Find a therapist who can teach you behavioral tricks for turning off panic attacks. After you've successfully turned them off several times they'll stop happening.

    Medication it dosnt send you to cocko land it just levels thing out, But if yours are that bad l suggest you go & see your doctor
