How to convince mother to let my 16 year old sister get a bellybutton piercing?
My younger sister who is 16, (almost 17), wants to get her bellybutton pierced. She already has her ears double pierced, and her cartilage done on one ear. How should I convince her mom, or how she could convince her mom, to let her get it done?? All answers appreciated.

Do it now when you're young. Tell her she's young, let her have some fun. In a few years, the youth is all gone. Bellybutton stuff will be a distant memory.
