How to cope wit social phobia and panic and anxiety disorder please help!!!!
i tried starting a child care course today but within an hour i had to leave, pulled my son out of creche and had t o leave!!! im gutted and feel such a failure i really want to do this course for my self and for my son so i can better both our lives. anyone have any advice on how to handle the classroom side of things ?

Try natural remedies and relaxation. I have Generalised Anxiety Disorder and Social Anxiety Disorder and they are he'll on earth to live with. Establish a very good friend or a tutor who understands and can talk you out of your panic attacks or take you to get some air if you have one. Leaving the situation only makes it work as you then 'expect' a panic attack when you go to that place on the next time, trust me. Try and avoid anything you need a presc
ription for though, a lot of the SSRI/relaxant meds come with tonnes of bizarre or horrible side effects. Again, I was on Prozac once and citralopram on another occasion, one made me retain water and the other made me really disconnected from my surroundings.
