i prefer Kriya, but that isn't for everyone. a simple method is to watch the breath. not controlling it but watching it. i prefer to enhance the effort by saying, as the breath flows in, "i'm," and, as the breath the breath flows out, "love." or substitute any good thing for the word "love" -- peace or joy or or safety or whatever. it's very important not to try to empty the mind.Like (1)

I use a hot bath for many reasons. Its great for relaxing my body as well as my mind.Water is a spiritual connection for me. It is the place I let go of all things.
