    Go into the session well rested, having just used the restroom, and neither hungry nor thirsty. Be yourself the entire time you are in the session. Worry about listening more than talking. If you listen well, you will hear the words that will make you want to respond or interject, it will come naturally. When you answer, look into the eyes of the people you are talking to. Look for clues there as to whether they are following you. Don't talk too fast. Think of yourself as someone who will be great in the session because you will be the most prepared. Good luck!
