when i experienced lovesick and depressed before! i went to a place away from that person where i cant see him daily. I went to my birthplace where some of my childhood friends where there... when i was there and have some fun with them i forgot my boyfriend slowly...with my friends we always talked of our childhood memories which love talk was out of the topic...we went to places where our memories where opened and laughed with our mistakes... There's no magic pill you can take which will make you get over someone. It's just something that happens over time, and it tends to take longer depending on how long the relationship lasted. The best thing you can do as you're getting over your ex is to keep yourself busy, and not allow yourself to dwell on thoughts of him. Believe me, I've been there (dwelling on thoughts of my ex) and all it did was make it harder to move on. I've now gotten to the point where I'm focusing on other things, and I've been a lot happier for it. It's really quite exhausting to be thinking of one's ex all the time. <br />

I guess cherish the freedom again? Once another guy comes in to your life it will be gone. Find hobbies and do things that YOU love to do, find your creative side.. etc.<br />
