The best thing you can do for you skin is to stay out of the sun, and if you are out, to make sure you always use a good sunscreen. A diet with lots of anti-oxidant-rich foods helps, too.

I use a olay-then a good moisturizer one specifically for this aging face-the other for my body--drink lots and lots of water-always have--keeps me hydrated inside and out.

it depends on your skin type. but one thing that's good for everyone is drinking aloe vera juice. matter of fact, nice skin is just one benefit from this practice.

right about the sun. It's the worst for your skin! I went to a dermatologist and got their prescription for skin care. And then i get facials, and botox. I feel I need it at my age. It is no longer an "option" since wrinkles are already starting and I have fair skin that is too thin. ( just not that supple)

I came back to Canada from the lovely humidity of New York, and ended up having the worst time with my skin. I had acne worse than I had when i was a teenager, and I'm 32! I ended up finding a book called the Acne Prescription (I Think) and since I started using the methods in the book about 6 months ago, I have had 6 zits! Thank you to the guy who wrote that book. It taught me a lot and even though I still look 16 (apparently I should be a NARC at highschools) my skin is not looking that age anymore!

I know that there are people out there, that insist that diet does not affect skin, BUT... When I cut sugar, and refined carbs from my diet, my skin improved dramatically.

wear sunscreen, use dove moisturizing bar in the shower and apply your favorite lotion after. I like nivea or jergen's firming lotion. Both smell great.

Use only soap-free cleansers - the surfactants (aka bubbles) ***** the sebum (natural oil layer) which leaves your skin vulnerable to environmental pollutants and wrinkling....

I use soap-free cream cleansers (Bliss makes a good one but a lot of companies are getting wise)

Get a good facial sunscreen and use the most natural moisturizer you can afford (I use Dr. Hauschka's Quince Cream)

It puts the lotion on the skin or it gets the hose again

Have parents who made you eat veggies when you were young. It also helps if the gene pool was good to start with. But seriously - stay out of the sun, drink lots of water, do the basic-3 (cleanse, tone, moisturise) twice daily, fresh food (no take-aways) and a good 8-hour sleep. Et voila!
