Use an alarm clock. Also, go to bed at the same time each night. going to bed at different times throws off your body's internal clock. Please be aware that it may take 2 to 3 months for your body to become accustomed to this schedule and if you mess it up once or twice in a row, you will revert back to your old wake-up time. It took me 4 years, but i now wake up at 3:15 am on work days and 5:30 am on my days off - with no alarm clock.
develop a habit of going to bed at 9:00 p.m.
Start with using an alarm clock after a while your body will get use to it.
Think I'd have to have a very early night to get into that kind of habit.
Mental alarm clock for the week.. and being able too turn it off during the weekend
