You eat a good breakfast, then a good lunch, then a snack around 5pm. After that - nothing. Stay away from kitchen and places where the junk food is kept. <br />
If you eat meat, eat it with veggies only, but no potatoes.<br />
And stay away from junk food, greasy food, stuff that has processed sugar in it. <br />
It may also mean you'll have to start cooking for yourself. But in the long run it will be way better than to gain 5 dress sizes in no time.<br />
And forget about starving yourself. You can also look up "food combining chart". Use it as a guide, don't go overboard with it and it really does work. And no stupid diets like 2 apples and one orange a day. You will not only gain all the lost pounds afterwards, you'll also gain additional ones and will ruin your stomach. <br />

Interval training on the treadmill. 20 minutes, 3 days a week. Work out at a very intense level for a shirt duration, recover and do it over again and again. Your clothes will be baggy in a few weeks if you do it right.

Eat protein... :) that way your body goes straight to it and burns it..if you have alot of carbs all the time your body has to try to break that down first ...it just melts away eating protein...:)
