Confused on the question but hypnotize is a form of suggestion. Like a random yawn in a empty room and you feel like yawning..and then another person yawns unless there is a large stimulus. Its all dependent on how focused or aware a person is at the moment. Anything is possible if a person is not entirely aware of it, but more than likely there is no reaction because the person is completely conscious of the situation.

Just have a very small suggestion while the person is unaware of what is happening. Like making a showy display of scratching your nose and the person will want to scratch theirs. Or fix your hair in a manner that the other person thinks they know you know they are there. Hypnotize is not making the other person do what you command. It is a form of suggestion.
