What are you talking about? Why on earth would you feel guilty? I've eaten 1 meal a day for the last 17 years, it's completely normal for me, I do not get hungry before then or after then, I'm not underweight, I'm 10 and a half stone. Eating 1 meal a day is what i'm comfortable with, and were talking a huge meal here, like lunch and dinner combined. But i'm a bit concerned about your username, NeverThinEnough. Eating only one small meal a day in an attempt to lose weight won't work because your body will desperately be trying to store up the calories as it thinks it's in starvation mode. Eat small meals and often and you will lose weight. I really hope your not already seriously underweight.
