How to overcome or ease my nervousness before a game?
I've recently been called up to the seniorteam in football (soccer).. to play in a major local cup. I've played in the team a few times, and every single game I'm so nervous that it affects my game. I have deserved my opportunity as I have done well in training, but it is different. Do anyone have any advice on the matter? Or does it just come in time?
