I use cooling gel on my forehead, temples, neck and shoulders and take a painkiller, then I open the window to my bedroom and turn of all the lights and try to sleep

Have a bottle of Gatorade,, take deep breaths for a few minutes and rest in a quiet dark place for a little while. Then let me know how you feel this always works for me. My Neurologist said its stress and dehydration improper nutrition so I changed all my eating drinking habits and rarely get them now. Drink lots of fluids and rest well. Thats all. Feel better k<br />

This time of year depending on where you live it might be sinus and allergy related...take a mild antihistamine and two ibuprophen. Drink something with vitamin C.
