You've got to reach out now before it sucks you in deeper & eventually consumes you... I find myself struggling so much right now because I didn't do this soon enough... But straight up- find a therapist , and not just ANY therapist, you need someone you can trust, like, & especially feel like they can really help you/are really "good". This doesn't mean youll find them on the first try, but just hang in there & don't get discouraged/give up before you do. I am in the process of switching from my last therapist (who I had for the longest time) to the newer one ive been seeing since i started college in the fall- for once I feel like i have FINALLY found someone that i can not only trust & like, but who also knows her **** and really can ( and has/is helping me) My only regret is not reaching out (you can go to therapy & get nothing out of it if u don't put anything in/hide troubling issues) Sorry for the long post, hope i helped. Good luck.

For continuos eating then eat healthy. 50% of diet should be RAW fruit and veg... If you mean by eating less/ road to anorexic then shut up and eat.

People, stop telling them to just eat! It doesnt work that way! Dont give advice when you have no clue what your talking about! I live the life of an anorexic. i cant just "shut up & eat"! If i could eat i wouldnt be anorexic. stop judging, you dont know how it feels. you dont know what its likeLike (1)

Sorry to hear that, Wishingforrecovery. Hope you find the right way soon... May I recommend fruit and veg to you too? They do not make you fat and you can live over 100. OH! And you can live with drinking water (No fizz drinks). Eating RAW fruit and veg 4 times a day (2,500 calories) per day will help immensly :)Like (1)

Get professional help. counseling. go see a doctor. do not let it control you, because it will take advantage of you. eating disorders can kill people. what eating disorder specifically? Im an anorexic so i have personal experience there & i know several people who recovered from bulimia & i can try & give as much advice as i possibly can for over eating. Dont let it control you. it'll make promises it'll never keep.

Don't think about it. I just wish someone had told me this some time ago. Don't, think, about it. Eventually, it will go away.

You cant just "not have an eating disorder"! If that was the case i wouldnt be anorexic! If that was the case people would die from over eating & self starvation.Like (1)

Learn to love yourself; tell your parents; and get out of that mindset

You already know it's starting to happen. Now's the best time to change your eating habits. If it's not eating, then eat; etc.
