Eat more. Work out intensely for short periods of time and move less.

very well put, dont know if you agree but muscle on a skinny person looks horrible:)
Look at your diet and make slight changes - 2/3 percent for milk, heavier cheeses, richer foods- that's good for fat. Also junk food and snacking often. Sit and do nothing for Periods of time, tv, conputer. For muscle- add more protien to your diet , lift weights at the gym, start walking instead of other ways of transportation , never stand still
Eat healthy and consider going to gym to gain muscles, going to gym isn't just losing weight and fat but you can also gain muscle as well as weight, you just gotta pick the right exercise ^.^
Eat a good steak meal that will "beef you up",,, :)
cut your skin open and put some animal fat in it
