stop doing what?
Think about how you feel? You know deep down that your body needs that food. I would imagine that you feel like your going to "blow up" over night. This is not true. Are you an active person? Then eat and be happy. You know with out nutrients from your food it can make you feel like crap over time. Which I am guessing you don't feel good about yourself. Don't think so hard about gaining weight from the food you eat. Think about how your body needs/wants that food to be happy because it does! I know food alone don't make you happier but its a start and thats what you need. You need to start enjoying the things you eat because you will be healthier over time.
