Okay, I have to go with the consensus here. Panic attacks are serious. What if it happens while you're driving? Or in the shower? What if you pass out and drown? You can drown in a shower, you know. I have panic attacks. I used xanax and it was very effective. But now I'm on other meds and I won't take xanax because it interacts with the other one and makes me high. I don't like that feeling so I chose to stop the xanax. But this is serious and xanax may not work for you. You need to get this treated. It's not safe to let it go.
