well of course you could get out and do something that would be mentally stimulating -- this would help for a little while -- i ,on the other hand go walk every afternoon this isnt mentally stimulating and it allows me to think about the person that occupies my mind, when i need to forget them i try talking to someone else or starting a project such as refinishing some furniture or planting some plants anything that will be a diversion
