So I box and I train pretty much 6 times per week. I feel my body can't handle, because recently I made my workouts even more intense. So the question is how to stop training! Because I can't stop and I'm afraid of overtraining or injury because I had both few months ago.

I'm not! It's just like I get spontaneous energy quite often and there's nothing I could do about it, only to dump it. I do meditate sometimes, but only at the evenings, before the sleep. Anyways, thank you for suggestion Leela
