i mean if u r having these flashbacks or memories or dreams and then u just black out ,how u can stop it without asking for therapist help

    I agree with your other replies; it sounds too serious to be floated about on the internet. See your Dr ASAP.

    If you are blacking out then you have a problem that needs other attention and seeing your Dr is the first stage.

    But in the longer term, I suggest that the reasons those memories are repressed is because you've not learned to deal with them. If you can learn how to cope with them, then they can become far less traumatic to you.
