How Tough is getting over him/her (Ex)?

That is a question that is inmeasurable...I think I'll ask myself that same question until the day I die.

Yeah, I haven't found it very difficult at all. I miss my friends, but not my ex. In fact I talk to him on the phone almost daily because he and my daughter talk to each other, and I am polite but distant. If I never had to talk to him again, I would be just fine with that.

It depends upon who you are, where you are in your life, what your expectations were among other things. I have found it extremely difficult to get over my ex, even though we have been apart for four years and divorced for nearly 3 years. There are many issues that are still unresolved for me. He took the coward's way out and just left. He led me on after he left that we would still be together in time. Then he chose to divorce me when I didn't want to get divorced. I feel as if I have not had closure and I know I won't get it from him. I am getting over him, but slowly. Every time I think I am over him, something happens to open up the old wounds. How tough is that?

Am sure it can be extremely difficult for some, especially if the bond was deep.
