Your weight is healthy for your height. Women are supposed to have meat on their bones. It is my opinion that skinny barbie girls look very unattractive. I'm 5'4 146, and I am happy with my body. Maybe if you have some problem areas that you are concerned about, work out those areas.

All it will do is leave you weak and you will lose muscle mass, that alone will make losing weight harder. Exercise or activity is the only real way.

DO you jog... swim ..do high intensity repetitive work..............AND only eat reccomended foods at times perscribed?
