It will end the same way it started...as no one really was there when it began then no one really will be there when it ends.
As far as my opinion is concerned, the world ends individually when ones life ceases to exist anymore

SongOfaLife	Posted Jun 11th, 2009 at 2:35PM Universe? No clue. But how will the earth end? Well in another 4.5 billion years sun will finish its nuclear reactions. It will become a red giant and end with a Nova explosion. With that solar system will come to an end. And of course maryomag3 is correct, another sun will be borne from the matter left afterwards. myspip	Posted Jun 11th, 2009 at 2:36PM There are three common theories (maybe more): "Big Rip" (Atoms get ripped apart), "Big Freeze" (universe expands and get cooler, i.e. less energy per unit volume and eventually freezes), or the "Big Crunch"; universe collapses of its own weight. I am not an astrophysicist, so I have no idea which theory scientific evidence favors right now. Rated: +2Vote for this!
