    i would start with the basics, right leg first, then left my left knee and pause... wait for it... then place my left foot on the floor, cause i'm that kind of guy

    LOL -- most likely from above, Since if you are waiting for me at a bar you will have a very long wait. And since it is such a long wait you would drink more and more till you finally had enough.

    Thus when you land on the floor I will be standing above you.
