hmm if they seem like someone i'd like to be friends/acquainted with i'd give them a chance to get to know me (and for me to get to know them). But I'd bolt at the first sign of creepiness/stalkerism that's for certain. Police may or may not be implicated depending on the severity of the symptoms.
