How would you feel? (Women)?

(Even though I don't wear them myself)

How would you feel if you found-out that a guy was wearing the special "high-heeled" shoes you can get for men, to make themselves taller?

If your reaction would be along the lines of being "deceived", then I would ask you if you wear high-heels and what you think the difference was.

as a man maybe I shouldn't answer but it seems to me every time a women puts on makeup it's to make herself look better than she does... isn't it fair for men to play the same games?

Well, a womans heels are there for the world to see - noting is hidden. A mans heels or lifts are placed inside the shoe so no-one will see. Having said that I personally would have no issue with it - although I do agree with RedWireNut that it may point to some self esteem issues. Rated: +4Vote for this!

Personally I wouldn't mind at all whether my partner wore elevator shoes or not -- it's a non-issue.
