Well that would be hard. But I'd put on some cool eye make up to draw attention away from incase you have a really masculine jaw line. Then I'd probably put in extensions if you have short hair. Put chicken fillets on you, put on a top that isn't revealing, underwear that might pad up your hips a little, and then just put on a skirt that's like knee length. Of course I'd also put on some foundation, and get you to moisturise, because boys naturally have way rougher skin than girls :)

Tuck it or cut it? Thats what you have to decide. Then there are the bewbs. That will be expensive. Estrogen pills too, maybe some speach therapy lessons. Learn to walk in high heels too.
