How would you react if someone said this to you?

at dinner...."I could just watch you for hours!"...I didn't know this person.

I would blush and look away and stammer, "oh, really" and then try to get them to look at anything else and then feel self-conscious the rest of the night.

And, of course, feel really, really flattered. In a kind of creeped-out way!
