    I hate to admit this, but I prefer to work for and with males. I find them better team players than women. Of course, this is only generalization

    If she your boss she had to work hard to get where she is and she deserve the respect.

    I've had female bosses. Mostly I go by the way an individual acts, not by his or her gender.
