Spay and neuter your kids. Seriously just being honest about sex. Not only about protection but about why people have sex and all the responsibilities that comes along with it.

I think it starts at home with the parents. I don't think that parents are really building strong minds in this day and age! Stronger minds tend to make better decisions.

    MANDATORY CONTRACEPTION UNTIL 18.

Believe me, the ends will totally justify the means.

Teach children to have more self-respect, to respect the act of creation more, and to take responsibility for their actions. Fixing the problem starts in the home, kids need a firm foundation in morality and many don't get that anymore. Instead, that is supplemented by schools telling the kids it's ok to have séx as long as you use "protection."

Reform society. Start focusing on our own mental health, in schools, in life. Quite telling people that education is the purpose of life, and let them discover their own purpose, help them discover what makes them passionately happy.
This would solve a lot of problems, but so much needs to be done, a complete reform. Marketing shouldn't be about companies and brands, we should be inundated with messages of positivity, love. It would change the world.

Vasectomies for males at birth, and they have to prove they can support a kid before it is reversed.
