You get used to shopping for groceries once a month (on the day you get paid) and you get used to crappy housing and rude civilians who seem to have forgotten what they went through, and you seek out others who are like you, and in the end you might find out, with patience, that it was the best thing you ever did -- to marry a Marine. tat2doc	Posted May 3rd, 2009 at 8:53PM You don't. You tolerate it till it's over. And living in New Bern, at least you're not as close to Cherry Point as some others are. I know, I tattooed there about 5 years ago and my ex wife lives in New Bern. Except for that period, I've been in Jacksonville, NC tattooing Marines for almost 30 years. Rated: +1Vote for this!
