You don't swallow it. You accept it, and you push past it. You learn from it. You vow to never make THAT mistake again. You remind yourself that it's a defeat, it's not YOU. You surround yourself with people who love you and get you and lift you up, no matter what.
And then you begin again.
I've been there. And come out on the other side. You can too. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Hang in there. MY lesson from defeats, is that we can emerge better people. (even if it's damned hard.),
And when I say my thoughts and prayers are with you? It's not just saying. They will be.
