How'd you know if someone was your soulmate?

Best Answer
It is like fitting two pieces of a puzzle together. They combine and make each other whole, give each other a feeling of unity and support that is unparalled by any other pairing in many lifetimes. Be aware that soul pairing isn't just in romantic realationships. It comes in all forms of realationships. You may have a friend who you just met but you feel like you have known forever. Beware though, don't look for it...let it look for you.

You just know , You feel right in your heart and in your head . I believe that every soulmate calls to their soulmate without saying a word . It comes from deep inside of you . I guess because I truely believe in love at first sight . You will know when you see them . There's this feeling that reachs in to your heart and pulls at it . It's not like anything that you have felt before in your life . Not like when you see a good looking person and think to your self wow their hot . I believe that is more like the instint you lay eyes on them , you know you will never beable to live without them , from the very first eye contact .

He annoys me but I don't want him to change
I miss him constantly.
I would do anything to make him happy, even if it hurts me.
I can never hate him for long.
He always tries to find new ways to love me and SURPRISE me.
He taught me what passion really means.

If they're taken away from you, from not being in your life, you feel like you've lost one of the organs in your body. Followed by a feeling that even if they aren't in your life it doesn't matter because you have a psychic connection and are there with them in soul.

Soul mates exist. When you see him/her, you come to life. You are free to shed tears, laugh, dream and be yourself with no masks. He/she is out there. You just have to believe.

And there is so much commonality between the two of you and yet you are poles apart. It is kind of magic, not the sanest will understand!

Like what ThirstyDesert said, I whole-heartedly agree. I have been the lucky one in finding not one but two soulmates. The only difference is, one was not meant for my forever. Right now...I can see my forever...and every day it gets brighter. Don't be afraid to look for your soulmate. They exist and they help to make you feel like a whole person.

I agree with firefae's puzzle analogy.
With the girl that was my soulmate we found that we were toally different shapes that interlocked perfectly.
I knew it at the time, and having driven her away because of my drinking, I know that I will never feel the same about another person again.
I've thought about her every single day. For 210 days since I sobered up.
And you just know.
Also, I could never understand why everyone that met her didn't fall head over heels in love with her. as I did.
As I often told her: "You're the one"

The puzzle pieces is exactly how I'd explain it too! My husband and I "met" online and in person a few weeks later. It was instant chemistry online- it was like long lost friends. When we met in person it was a whole new level- we were finishing each others sentences by the end of the night. Never had I met someone that I felt so emotionally, physically, spiritually, and chemically attached to. He was the missing piece to the Puzzle of Me and I was his. We wrote our wedding vows with those lines and that's truly how we both feel. We both had been married before and thought we knew what love was- hardly! My husband knows more about me than my ex does and we were married for 10+ years and had 4 kids. There's nothing I can't tell my husband now; as cliche' as the saying goes- He completes me on every level.

Your puzzle piece is out there- but you'll find it when you least expect it...

if the person 'was', then they weren't.
