Make sure that you get your 12 hours by going to bed early enough..... the world shall not wait for you whilst you sleep in.

You may want to check your diet.... poor diets can affect us, for example anaemia.

Are you maybe depressed? Always feeling tired could be that or maybe you're anemic or have thyroid problems.

Maybe too you just need a lot of sleep .. if you're concerned, see a doctor.
