if you have oily skin, make sure the moisturizers you use on your skin don't have oil in them. stress, sugary foods, and greasy environments tend to bring them out along with genetics and other factors. Something I use is a natural astringent called Witch Hazel. witch hazel is a plant that has properties that help ease irritation and takes off some excess oil on your skin. you can find it at walmart in the first aid section near the peroxide and alcohol. it's like $1.54. you can get some cleaning pads at walmart near the cotton balls for around $1.14. give it a try, it might help.

buy an apricot facial scrub and use twice a day, followed by exfoliating wipes like those used to remove heavy make up, always moisturise after cleansing, try cocoa butter as a good source. Cut back on dairy products and you will find things will improve

Stress is the major driver of acne.. so don't make it worse by stressing over it. It will heal itself in time. My friend had bad acne and told me his secret for keeping it under control and preventing himself from picking at his face which only makes matters worse. He would wash his face 3 times a day, then clean his face with a cotton wad dipped in rubbing alcohol to kill any germs, then he applied triple antibiotic ointment to his face and rub it in. The ointment soaked in to kill bacteria and prevented him from picking at or touching his face because he didn't like the feel of it. His acne went down and stayed down after he started doing that~^^ Give it a try...

tried doing that but those medicines don't realy work fast i sometimes feel they have no affect at all

Nothing is going to work fast unfortunately. If you see absolutely no results, then go back and tell the dr that. If you see some improvement, stick with it.
