If I really wanted to split hairs, my maiden name was Welsh and my father says our family was English, German, and French, but those percentages are probably very small.<br />

On my mom's side...I don't know because we don't get along. Koreans, I think, came partially from Mongolia so there's at least that.

it has been, but sadly many of the traditional dishes (hungarian side mostly) have died with the elders.
