They have to add you to their circle. Some people may be flattered that you added them to their circle, but may not add you to theirs- so you will not be considered friends. Don't take it personally- they may just have different boundaries than you and may want to get to know you first, or may have other standards they use than you do when adding people to their circle.

CouldntItBeYou	Posted Feb 5th, 2009 at 5:58PM If they're not coming up as a friend, it means they haven't added you back. And same if you're not a friend on their full list. When you add someone to your circle, you have to wait for them to add you too and then they'll show up as your friend Rated: +1Vote for this!
