    Simple: Book a one hour session with an older therapist; have them massage your hand while you interview them. They're obliged to converse. This approach allows you to decide when and how long to interview someone.

    of course you can,
    just take that old phonebook or google the nearby massage therapist.
    I'm sure they're willing to help, as they were also a massage therapist student.

    And on top of that, you can ask your school about the students who graduated. This way you'll have something extra to share with
