    Ask yourself why you feel the way you do in each mood, and notice what happens to change the moods. Sometimes the moods change for no apparent reason. You just have to not let the mood control you.
    Ask yourself in an annoying situation-
    does it really matter?

    I would recommend you go to a doctor and have some blood work done.. you may be lacking in some vitamins.
    Check out 5HTP at your local vitamin store... There are several vitamins that are aimed at helping with mood.
