just dont pick another 1 up after u quit if u feel the urge just go do something to get your mind off it that worked for me and i smoked for 35 years im 6 years smoke free now.good luck

Anytime you feel an urge to smoke, do something to keep busy: sweep the floors, take a shower, take your mp3 pla<x>yer out for a walk...Anything for a distraction. And try to buy some patches or nicoteen gum, in case you become desperate at some point.
Make a daily record of how much money you have saved and write down ideas on what you could spend it on.
Fantastic. Find some that you can share with others, so they will encourage you too
(eg meal with girlfriend, bottle of wine to share)
Why not quit today instead of tomorrow. The best way to motivate yourself is by putting up goal and reward yourself with other things than smoking. Like if you don't smoke in one month you can buy something you wanted .
