Cooking a Lamb Roast, What would you have for Dessert?

they have the round pre-cut individual sponge cakes (6 in a pack). I pour a little baileys in the middle of each one, then I put a huge scoop of French Vanilla ice cream, then a scoop of ready made whipping cream on top and then I drizzle some chocolate syrup over it (you can add some chopped up fruit if you live too) and trust me they will be in heaven. Everyone whom I've made it for has loved it and the best part is that it's sooooooo easy.
