I don't know you but all I can say is that this negative phase will pass. Put it down to a bad day, get a nice warm bath, take a good book to bed and get yourself an early night. Everything will feel different in the morning.

when this happens to me........... i focus on it, accept there is a good reason for this. i also say out loud " i am aware of feeling really negative right now, i wonder what that is about". then i try to listen to my head, heart and instincts..... find out what they have to say. i have found that doing this reduces the length of time that i feel negative.... i am also changing what i view as negative. sadness is positive.... it is usually the recognition of loss. feeling hurt is a positive feeling that tells me that someone has done something that damages me in some way. ..... or maybe it doesn't and i only imagined it
I have days where I'm "spring loaded to pissed off". I try to count my blessings, because when I think of it, there really are a lot.
Keep busy. Find something to laugh at. Sometimes I have to go to youtube and watch "who's on first abbott and costello". That clip ALWAYS brightens my day!
