Addictions are like "pushing a button". You get stressed out, you push the button. What you need is a different button to push. Some people run, others read or write or sing. You just need to find something else that offers you the same numbing satisfaction.
Well perhaps there is a cause for your eating? Do you find yourself eating because of stress?
Find another outlet channel you time and energy on something else
Umm personally, I like to workout, run, read, watch movies and hangout with friends
