make sure you are current in studying for the exam, don't cram if you can avoid it, 30 minutes a day studying the material for a week before the exam after initial understanding/reading of material/concepts-<br />
Then do something else to get your mind off the stress, even if that something else is sleeping
Make of list of topic that will come. Learn them.<br />
Don't think about the exam in your free time, only during learn time.
Stress less........ You can only do so much for an exam. Study as much as you can, but don't worry too much about it Kiddo, you can only do so much
Just study hard. Take a few practice exams if you can (the previous years exams are great). After all this, you can go into the exam knowing that you have done everything you can in preperation.<br />
And don't forget, exams aren't a measure of a person's intellingence and therefore aren't the end of the world.
The best thing you can do, when it comes to exams, is learn to relax. They're just exams. It's not the first one you've taken. This one won't be the last. Study, prepare, and then relax and take the test.
There are still lots of exams in your life, and when you win the next exam, you will realize that the previous exam is of no importance.
Do what you fear and you will be free ;)

take deep breaths, study up, get some sleep, and bring some chocolate with you to eat while waiting ;]
I had a this great teacher how used to tell me: "dont be afraide because your fear is only about failing so just convince your self that your going to fail and you dont have any thing to lose. And just solve that exam as if that was true only then stress well leave you for no return
Best thing to do is pray if u belive in higher powers, study hard, do not get stressed out, and last but not least face ur fears head on!!
