    i can't give the answer because it's not the same way for everyone. You know your body better than anybody else. One general rule is doing what you enjoy most. Some people likes to be on the beach & doing nothing....some people likes to turn on loud music...some people will workout to de-stress (like i used to do previously)...some people likes to sports....so maybe it's about time to re-visit old hobbies.

    Sometimes doing voluntary work or help those unfortunate people helps you to stress too.

    Self enjoyment or sex whatever your case is, music is quite relaxing but the ultimate is pot. wait wait (light blub turn's on) get stoned, turn on music, then have sex, followed by meditation

    I cook when I'm stressed. Exercise certainly helps. A good long bath. Booze. Drugs. Sex. Video games to get your mind off of things. Uh... and many more!

    ************. No joke 100% serious, ****** is 1.5% more calming than sleeping pills. My doctor told me. Or.... I guess a koosh ball would work to less of an effect
